By participating in the Campaign, I agree that the Organiser may collect, use and disclose my personal data as provided in the Link membership application, for the following purposes, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and the Organiser’s Personal Data Protection Policy (“PDP Policy”) available here:
(i) for the conduct and administration of the Campaign; and
(ii) for any and all purposes set out in the Organiser’s PDP Policy.

In order to be eligible for the Campaign, I understand that I have to make an eligible order within the campaign period after I have submitted this form, and within this period,
  • I am a Link member, and
  • I have a registered and valid Link membership, and
  • The details that I have provided are accurate
  • If the above are not fulfilled, I will not be eligible for this redemption.
  • In addition, I understand that if I am not the first 6,500 members to make an eligible transaction, I will not be eligible for this promotion, and no E-Voucher will be credited.
